  The rooms were nice and suitable and the dinner buffet and breakfast were fantastic! However, I wasn't really impressed with the reception staff, they had a very rude manner and not approachable at all. When we checked in our keys we're practically thrown at us and we had to figure out where our room was. We booked in with a dog and had her with us on a leash at all times, however they had their own on site dog that was able to walk around without a leash at all times and this did not go down with our dog at all. Please keep this in mind if you are travelling with a dog that doesn't like other dogs as this was quite frustrating for us. Good, but there was room for improvements.

  The food is consistently delicious with a varied selection for a good price. The rooms are fine; aircon, double bed, onsuite, large TV. Free wifi is available in the dining area. The staff are helpful when problems occur, helping to solve them in a timely manner. Conveniently located opposite the Port Hedland international airport.

  Not bad for port hedland. Needs more washing machines
