  Bad experience here, took them 10 days to order in an o-ring (after starting the car 4 days after they promised) which meant my car was off the road for two weeks. Not honest on what the hold up was. Was charged $750 for 4 hours labour to change a thermostat o-ring and top up coolant.

  Do not use these so called mechanics if you can avoid. $160 per hour is a joke for the competency or lack there of shown by questionable tradesman. Did not even complete easy install of rear airbag suspension and charged for 3 hours work. No chance it took this long to place airbags in Springs and not even install airlines provided. They did so after I pointed this out and then drilled 2 extra holes in rear bumper mistakingly and plugged with cheap plastic to cover up. Still can't believe the terrible overpriced service by lazy staff.

  Mike and team worked to do a manual regen on Subaru Forester Diesel to clear DPF light that came on after blowing a seal on the turbo inter-cooler pipe (poor design) ..... to no avail, but they fitted us in immediately and tried every trick in their book. Not cheap, but hey, they tried hard.
