  Customer service was not really good especially the lady who served us. Been waiting for 25mins just for my coffee only. I've been in a customer service but I've never been so stressful and do apologize for customer waiting for long. I felt I was embarrased by the cashier.

  I can not budge enough on how disgusting the service was, me and my friend were in line waiting to be served, cashier recognises us comes and serves my friend ONLY(let alone I am standing right next to her) after she served my friend, before I could even say anything she had already walked away without even acknowledging me or asking if I wanted to buy something as well.

  Service was too slow and disgusting attitude from the cashier, not to mention they were not busy at all as their coffee machine was down. 2-3 tables of customers.. the quitest I've ever seen Muffin Break ever!

  After a good 10mins of waiting for my friends order(whilst staff were just moping around) finally my friends order is ready, cashier STILL not acknowledgeding me. After this I had said, can I get served? Very calm and collective, the response I got was appalling.

  Cashier says: "Oh I didn't know you were getting something", *then said* "you should of said something" so bluntly. as if it was my fault I didn't speak up. I felt somewhat embarrassed for no reason? If she had approached the situation differently, in a kind manner, I wouldn't have had a problem in the first place. After being served and having to wait another 10mins (caused more work for herself) I finally got my food order, with no fork or knife like my friend did and when she handed the my order to me, it was just thrown in my hand.. disgusting attitude.

  Appauling customer service! Very disorganised, management is bad at delegating duties. Staff gave us the wrong item, after taking it back we waited so long to get the right item back. We had to go to the counter again to remind them. There was no apology just a blank stare as they handed it to us and walked off. Been here a few times as it's the only coffee store in the centre, otherwise they probably wouldn't get any business.

  Decent coffee with a few takeaway meals and snacks available. There are a variety of milk options and decaf (not many places in town offer this). Expect a long wait!
